A+ EXECUTIVE CORPORATE REGISTRATION REQUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(Supplement to Awards +Plus Program Terms & Conditions)
This Annexure shall form an integral part of the Awards +Plus Program Terms & Conditions available on the official website and shall apply specifically to corporate enrollments submitted through the Corporate Registration Request Form.
1. Corporate Program Benefits
1.1 Joining Benefit
Upon successful enrollment in the Corporate Program, the Corporate Entity shall be awarded 3,000 A+ Points.
1.2 Member Enrollment Bonus Points
New Members shall be awarded 1,000 A+ Points upon enrollment. Existing Members linked to the Corporate Account shall be awarded 500 A+ Points.
1.3 Corporate Bonus Points
The Corporate Entity shall be entitled to 25% bonus points in addition to the A+ Points earned by Employees on eligible flight activities.
1.4 Milestone-Based Gold Cards
A Gold Card shall be issued to a nominated employee upon attainment of each milestone of 25,000, 50,000, and 75,000 A+ Points in a single calendar year.
1.5 Platinum Card Eligibility
One Platinum Card shall be issued to a nominated employee upon attainment of 100,000 A+ Points in a single calendar year.
2. Enrollment and Operational Terms
2.1 Minimum Membership Requirement
A minimum of fifteen (15) Employees shall be required for eligibility under the Corporate Program. There shall be no upper limit on the number of Employees enrolled.
2.2 Proof of Relationship
For verification purposes, an Employee list on official company letterhead shall be required, including CNIC numbers of all Employees. The document shall be duly signed by the head of the company and bear the official company stamp.
2.3 Frequent Flyer Tagging
Employees already registered under the Frequent Flyer Program shall be identified and tagged under the Corporate Account.
2.4 Employee Relationship Management
For Employees not already enrolled in the Frequent Flyer Program, individual accounts shall be created and linked to the Corporate Account. The Corporate Entity shall be responsible for notifying any employee separation or termination to enable removal of the corresponding employment relationship and delinking from the Corporate Account.
2.5 Enrollment Management
All activities relating to verification, account creation, and linkage shall be managed through authorized corporate program representatives.
2.6 Corporate Coordinator
The Corporate Entity may nominate one (1) coordinator for liaison and program administration purposes.
2.7 Application Review and Right of Rejection
Submission of a Corporate Registration Request Form shall constitute a request for enrollment only and shall not be deemed as acceptance into the Corporate Program.
The Airline reserves the sole and absolute right, at its discretion, to review, verify, approve, reject, suspend, or decline any Corporate Registration Request, whether in whole or in part, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
The Airline may conduct such due diligence, verification, validation, or assessment as it deems necessary to determine the eligibility, suitability, authenticity, or compliance of the applicant Corporate Entity and its nominated Employees.
The Airline may request additional information, supporting documentation, clarifications, or evidence at any stage of the review process. Failure to provide the requested information within the prescribed time, or provision of incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or false information, may result in rejection of the application.
Approval of enrollment shall become effective only upon issuance of confirmation by the Airline. Until such confirmation is provided, the applicant Corporate Entity shall not be entitled to claim any rights, benefits, privileges, points, memberships, or entitlements under the Corporate Program.
The Airline further reserves the right to reject, discontinue, suspend, or terminate participation in the Corporate Program at any time where it determines, in its sole judgment, that the Corporate Entity no longer meets the eligibility criteria, has breached any applicable terms and conditions, has provided inaccurate information, or where continued participation is deemed inappropriate, undesirable, or contrary to the interests of the Airline.
3. Points Redemption
3.1 A+ Points accumulated under the Corporate Program may be redeemed against eligible benefits including air ticket redemption, seat pre-allocation, excess baggage allowance, and cabin upgrades.
3.2 All accrual and redemption of A+ Points shall be subject to the Awards +Plus Program Terms & Conditions as published on the official website, as amended from time to time.
